KICKTRAIN is a unique blend of real kickboxing with an extra emphasis on full body strengthening! We implement bag work, kettle bells, plyometrics and core training in an high energy workout! Very popular at Fit Factory!

MAXFIT is a combination of functional, core, power and explosive training all in one workout. Max Fit style training has been compared to “Crossfit” yet has our own blend and has been very effective for over 9 years at Fit Factory!

KICKBOXING is a program for those that want to learn true striking skills. Not a fitness class but expect a tough workout! We work to develop the kicks, punches, knees and elbows of the student in a full on Kickboxing Martial Arts program! You will eventually spar in this class so necessary equipment will be required.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu has become extremely popular in the US over the last 20 years. The popularity of the Gracie Family and the UFC has lead to a major transition in how Martial Arts is trained today! Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is widely considered the best form of self defense for men, women and children due to it’s technique over size and strength effectiveness! We are one of the very few Affiliates world wide under the Legendary Helio Soneca!

MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) is a blend of grappling, striking and conditioning. We implement elements of Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Boxing, Kickboxing and Muay Thai to develop the well rounded Martial Artist. We ask that students begin in our fundamental Kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes for 6 months before starting MMA. At Fit Factory we have everything from beginner to Pro MMA athletes.

Combined Martial Arts is one of the fastest growing youth martial arts programs in the region. Mr Gene Click has taken his over 30 years of Martial Arts experience to develop a complete Martial Art for ages 5 and above! The curriculum is made up of Tae kwon Do, Jiu Jitsu, Kickboxing, Boxing and Self Defense in a combined format to develop a complete skill set!
