BASIC CLASS DESCRIPTION

 

BRAZILIAN JIU JITSU – BJJ (Advanced, Youth BJJ and Essentials) promotes the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend against a bigger, stronger assailant by using proper technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint-locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent.  Our BJJ program is headed by Black Belt Gene Click. Mr. Click holds the level of Black Belt under the legendary Helio Soneca Moreira one of the most sought out instructors in the world.

 

KICKTRAIN ™ – This program blends concepts of Kickboxing, Strength Training and Cardio! Expect to do any and everything in this class! The use of Tires, Battle Ropes and Kettle bells blended in with Kickboxing to provide a awesome workout! We NEVER do the same workout twice! You won’t get bored and your body won’t adjust to the training!

 

MAXFIT – This class is a blend of free weight, body weight and plyometrics.  This is primarily for those driven to build lean muscle and enhance performance.

 

Mixed Martial Arts  (MMA) – Combining elements of Kickboxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in one program. The goal is to develop a well rounded approach to self defense training. This program is very exercise driven so expect to work hard!

 

Combined Martial Arts (CMA) -  Similar to MMA in the approach of blending several Martial Arts systems into one complete program. This is a great class to develop confidence, discipline and self control! The results in CMA have been incredible since the beginning stages in 2012! We hold the students accountable to having good behavior and school grades on top of an amazing Martial Arts program!
